All golf and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Red Stag Travel Co. will make every effort to secure the proposed itinerary below. Golf clubs open their diaries at varying times throughout the year. Once all deposits are secured, we immediately submit reservation requests to all suppliers and communicate updates as confirmations are received. Final confirmations depend on when each venue's booking window opens.

Deposit – Once the trip reaches capacity, Red Stag Travel Co. will send an invoice for your portion of the trip. See payment schedule below. We accept payments via credit card, ACH, and check.

Payment Schedule

First Deposit: Due upon commitment to move forward with the trip ($1,000 per traveler)

Final Balance: Issued 120 days before the trip start date, to be paid 90 days before the trip start date

Cancellation Policy

To deliver trips of this caliber, we must guarantee reservations with our partner clubs and hotels well in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel and we can fill your spot, you may transfer your reservation to another golfer who will pay you directly for the amount you've covered.

Red Stag Travel Co. does not process refunds and re-bookings - this direct transfer approach ensures a smoother process for everyone involved.
