Golf wasn't always my North Star. Growing up in suburban Pittsburgh, world-class courses seemed impossibly distant. The 2013 U.S. Open at Merion changed that, igniting a passion that would reshape everything.

A 2015 side trip to Pinehurst opened my eyes to what was possible. Over the next decade, I played all 100 courses on GOLF Magazine's 2022 US Top 100 and all 100 on their 2023 World Top 100, joining fewer than 80 people who have completed the world list. From Scotland to Japan, Ireland to Australia, I learned which courses truly deliver and which hidden gems deserve your attention.

More importantly, I built a community. The people I've met along the way, the relationships formed over shared rounds, the local knowledge passed on from one golfer to another. That's what made this special. Red Stag Travel Co. exists to share all of it. You shouldn't need a decade to plan an incredible golf trip. You just need someone who's already done it.
