Once all deposits are secured, we immediately submit reservation requests to all suppliers and communicate updates as confirmations are received. Final confirmations depend on when each venue's booking window opens.

Transportation is fully arranged from the moment you arrive in the country — the same professional driver and private coach with you for every leg of the trip, from airport arrival through to your final departure.

Planning Your Flights

Once deposits are received, we'll send all travelers the Red Stag Travel Co Guide to Flights, which outlines the specific arrival and departure windows required for your trip. If you need to depart outside the scheduled window, private transportation can be arranged at an additional cost — just let us know in advance.

Dedicated Coach & Driver

Your driver will track all incoming flights and meet the group in the arrivals hall on day one. On the final day, your driver will collect the group from the hotel for the journey back to the airport. Each morning, your driver will collect the group from the hotel, arriving at each golf club 1 hour before tee-off. After golf, your driver will return at the scheduled time to transfer everyone back. All pickup times will be confirmed the evening before.

How to Reserve your Spot

Register Now – Please use the link below to secure your spot and provide your contact details. We require each participant to complete their own registration form. This ensures we gather accurate information for every traveler and can communicate important trip details directly with you.

Deposit – Once the trip reaches capacity, Red Stag Travel Co. will send an invoice for your portion of the trip. See payment schedule below. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and checks.

Payment Schedule

1st payment - due upon commitment to move forward with the trip ($1,500)

2nd payment - will be issued June 1st, 2026 ($1,500)

3rd payment - will be issued 150 days before the trip start date, to be paid 120 days before the trip start date
