Planning Your Flights: Once trip deposits are received, we'll send all travelers the Red Stag Travel Co Guide to Flights. This guide includes specific arrival and departure windows required for your trip - sometimes arriving 6-12 months before travel - giving you plenty of time to book flights that align with the group schedule.

Airport Arrival Collection: Your driver will track all incoming flights and meet the group in the arrivals hall with a warm welcome. Your pre-scheduled pickup time will be confirmed closer to departure. Please note: The coach cannot depart until all travelers have arrived, so following the arrival schedule outlined in our flight guide is essential to ensure the trip starts smoothly and on time for the entire group.

Airport Departure Collection: We coordinate one group transfer back to the airport on the final day, with recommended departure times provided in the flight guide. If you need to depart outside this window, we're happy to arrange private transportation at an additional cost—just let us know in advance.

Daily Golf Collection: Your driver will confirm the next day's pickup time each evening. Collections are scheduled to arrive at golf clubs 1 hour before tee-off, giving you ample time to check in, store your clubs, visit the pro shop, warm up on the range, and settle in before your round.
