Transportation is fully arranged from the moment you arrive in the country — covering every leg from airport arrivals and departures to daily golf.
Planning Your Flights
Please refer to the flight guidance above before booking. We organize one group transfer to and from the airport, so it's essential that your flights fall within the specified windows. Anyone traveling outside these times will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Scheduled Transfers
Your driver will meet the group in the arrivals hall and transfer everyone directly to the hotel. On the final day, we'll collect the group from the hotel for the journey back to the airport. Each morning, your driver will collect the group from the hotel, arriving at the golf club 1 hour before tee-off. After golf, your driver will return at the scheduled time to transfer everyone back. All transfer times will be confirmed prior to departure.

How to Reserve your Spot
Register for the trip. Please use the link below to secure your spot and provide your contact details. We require each participant to complete their own registration form. This ensures we gather accurate information for every traveler and can communicate important trip details directly with you.
Pay your deposit. Red Stag Travel Co. will send an invoice for your portion of the trip. See payment schedule below. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and checks.
Payment Schedule
1st payment of $1,500 USD is due upon commitment to move forward with the trip
2nd payment of $2,000 USD will be issued June 1, 2026 and due in 7 days
Final payment will be issued ~150 days before the trip start date, to be paid 120 days before the trip start date

Cancellation Policy
To deliver trips of this caliber, we must guarantee reservations with our partner clubs and hotels well in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel and we can fill your spot, you may transfer your reservation to another golfer who will pay you directly for the amount you've covered.
Red Stag Travel Co. does not process refunds and re-bookings - this direct transfer approach ensures a smoother process for everyone involved.
Pricing & Currency (FX)
Red Stag Travel Co. contracts with international suppliers in their local currency. Our payment schedule helps us manage this currency exposure and minimize potential price increases from exchange-rate movements. Your trip price is quoted in USD. While we absorb normal currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust pricing under extreme market conditions, though such instances are rare.
